BREAKING: The International Football Association Board (IFAB) is set to review Arsène Wenger’s revolutionary offside proposal once again.
Under the proposed change, a player would only be considered offside if their entire body is ahead of the last defender when the ball is played. This marks a major shift from the current rule, where even a toe, shoulder, or hand in front of the defender can lead to an offside call.
